SIGMAINVEST-MEW VENTURE
Started 2005 and going forward, MEW teamed up with Sigmainvest Ltd, Czech republic representing Sigma pumps in Iraq , specifically in their continuous efforts and effective participation with Ministry Of Water Resources projects addressing Iraq irrigation infrastructure sector.
Sigmainvest activities include Engineering design , heavy duty equipment custom made supply, Training , providing Hydraulic test and Inspection. The local part is managed by MEW experienced staff and includes site survey, local engineering , Civil, mechanical and electrical installation works, testing , commissioning , operation , after sale warranty and maintenance.
During the last five years, Sigmainvest - MEW venture managed to successfully complete several pumping stations and drainage stations project in deferent parts of Iraq. The high professionalism level of MEW technical and management teams, coupled with the efficient engineering and technical support provided by Sigmainvest Ltd have created a powerful organization structure which managed to overcome challenge with optimum solutions.
MEW took also major part in securing effective communication between Czech technology and work methodologies from one side and Iraqi engineering and operational staff at Ministry Of Water Resources from the other side, making sure that MOWR requirements are perfectly understood and that quality control plan is seamlessly integrated to adapt technical modification with original designs mostly created due to unseen conditions.

MEW role starts with identifying the opportunity, providing local support in the tender process and bidding process, providing support in banking services and logistics , contributing in drafting training and inspection schedule for MOWR staffs and managing the over whole contract phases until final certificate of completion is issued.
MEW services will continue to develop in lie with Sigmainvest Ltd. mission to maintain high level of quality pumping systems to Iraqi infrastructure and we are very optimistic for more strategic projects in near future.
